It may be August, but city news hasn't cooled down
To our readers, just a quick note to say that we've got plenty of stories to follow up in the week to come. Tomorrow morning I'll be on CKNW's Bill Good Show @9am with guest host Michael Smyth. The civic affairs panel will no doubt weigh in on some of the more interesting topics of the past week, including bike lanes, social housing problems at the Olympic Athlete's Village, and the crushing success of the Canada Line and what it means for Vancouver (and Richmond) neighbourhoods.
